Eric Leitner

Eric joined DeLacey, Riebel & Shindell in 2016.  He specializes in researching, briefing and arguing complex legal issues before trial and appellate courts on complex family law matters.  Eric is an experienced litigator having been a civil trial attorney for 28 years, trying jury and court trials on a wide variety of cases throughout the Bay Area and Nevada. Eric is a certified NITA trial advocacy instructor.  

Eric graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Political Science and received his JD from UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.
