James B. Templeton

James B. Templeton was admitted to the California Bar in January 2009 and has practiced family law exclusively since then.  Prior to joining DeLacey, Riebel & Shindell in 2013, Mr. Templeton practiced family law in San Mateo and San Francisco County with Winter and Ross and has significant experience in complex financial and custody cases.

Mr. Templeton graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Anthropology and a B.A. in German Studies from Santa Clara University in 2004 and received a J.D. from the University of San Francisco in 2008.  Mr. Templeton is a Certified Family Law Specialist and is a member of the State Bar of California (Family Law Section), Bar Association of San Francisco and the American Bar Association.
